Resolution Therapy Session Flow

Introduction (5-10 minutes)

  • Warm welcome, grounding, and intention setting for the session.

  • Brief review of progress since the last session.

  • Reminder of the transformative journey: "You are moving toward a life of intentional change."

Session 1: Set Your Intentions

  • Purpose: Clarify the desired transformation and set clear, actionable intentions.

  • Activities:

    • Opening meditation to center and align energy.

    • Guided journaling: Reflect on your current life, identify what is no longer serving you, and what you wish to manifest.

    • Set your specific goals for transformation using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) criteria.

    • Group or personal sharing (if appropriate) of goals and intentions.

  • Closing: Affirmations to support the new journey, intention setting for the coming week.

Session 2: Reality Mapping/Creating

  • Purpose: Move beyond limiting beliefs and step into a state of creation.

  • Activities:

    • Deep breathing exercise to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

    • Reality Napping: Guided visualization to disconnect from limiting beliefs and enter a creative, open state.

    • Creative brainstorming: Use guided prompts to envision a reality free of past constraints.

    • Journaling and sharing: Identify new perspectives and goals for creating your desired reality.

  • Closing: Reflection on how to integrate creative practices into daily life.

Session 3: Living/Immersing/Acceptance

  • Purpose: Start living the transformation by immersing in the new self and embracing the changes.

  • Activities:

    • Grounding exercise to anchor new energy.

    • Immersion meditation: Visualize fully stepping into your new life, embracing the changes with open arms.

    • Journaling: Identify the areas of your life that are already reflecting the transformation and areas that require deeper acceptance.

    • Role-playing exercises (if applicable): Practice new behaviors or attitudes in real-life scenarios.

  • Closing: Affirmations of acceptance, reflecting on any resistance or areas to focus on in the coming week.

Session 4: Absolving/Transforming through “I AM” Statements

  • Purpose: Release past negativity and embody the transformation through empowered statements.

  • Activities:

    • Guided meditation for releasing past judgments and negative self-talk.

    • Crafting powerful “I AM” statements: Affirmations that declare new identities and strengths.

    • Reflect on areas where limiting beliefs still linger and actively release them using the “I AM” statements.

    • Journaling: How do the new “I AM” statements feel? What changes are you noticing in your daily life?

  • Closing: Share your “I AM” statements aloud with the group (if appropriate), or privately in your journal. Ground into the feeling of empowerment.

Session 5: Dissolving: Visual Motor Rehearsal of the Life You’ve Always Wanted

  • Purpose: Cement the transformation by practicing visualization and rehearsal techniques for your new life.

  • Activities:

    • Guided visualization to dissolve any remaining resistance and fully embody the life you desire.

    • Visual Motor Rehearsal: Mentally and physically practice the new behaviors, interactions, and choices that align with your new life.

    • Journaling: Reflect on the physical, emotional, and mental shifts you've experienced throughout the program.

    • Create a vision board or a visual representation of your transformed life (if not already done).

  • Closing: Affirmation of the completed transformation. Reflection on the journey, celebration of growth, and a closing meditation to solidify the transformation.

Wrap-up & Next Steps (5-10 minutes)

  • Discuss any final thoughts, feedback, and questions.

  • Offer continued support, whether through future sessions or self-care practices.

  • Provide additional resources (e.g., meditation guides, affirmations, recommended readings).

Pricing & Session Commitment:

  • Cost: $375 for the 5-week program (60-90 minute sessions each week).

Resolution Therapy is a 5-week commitment.

We meet once per week for 60-90 minutes.

Each session begins with a handout to be completed before each session. This handout will be emailed 2-3 days before the appointment.

If needed, Soul Care Sessions can be added, but are not included in the package. This would be a separate charge.
